{*65} In your letter dated June 25, 1947, you enclose an inquiry from the County Clerk of Union County requesting information regarding the date Chapter 132, Laws of 1947, takes effect and the date the $ 1.50 should be withheld from each docket fee and remitted to the State Treasurer for the benefit of the judge's retirement fund.
This Act went into effect June 13, 1947, and the deductions for the month of June should begin as of that date.
