{*79} Referring to your inquiry dated August 14, 1947 as to the procedure to be followed in the issuance of hospital bonds and the sale thereof, in view of the fact that Chapter 148, L. 47 does not specify the method of sale or the time within which sale must be made. I call your attention to Chapter 20, L. 1947 which is an amendment to the statute for the issuance of bonds for building court houses, jails and bridges, and adds the word "hospitals" as one of the purposes.

Since Chapter 148 does not cover procedure for issuance of hospital bonds, the same would be issued under the procedure for issuance of court house, jail, and bridge bonds.
