{*245} In Opinion No. 65-146, due to clerical error and inadvertence, the word "no" was used instead of the word "yes" in conclusion No. 3, p.2, and the word "negative" was used instead of the word "affirmative" in paragraph 2, p.3.

The language is hereby corrected in accordance with this mandate.
