County Superintendent of Schools Must Be Elected.

OPINION

{*140} We are anxious for opinion on constitutionality of Section 401, Chapter 148, 1923 Laws. If section is unconstitutional we {*141} must nominate candidates for County School Superintendent. Please reply by wire if possible.
