TO: Mr. D. L. Reese, County Clerk, Silver City, New Mexico.
{*73} I have your letter of July 18th in regard to bonds for abstractors and in my opinion under Section 117-401 of the 1929 Compilation, one bond is sufficient for compliance with the law.
{*74} This bond should be approved and recorded by the County Clerk of the county wherein the abstractor desires to do business.
