TO: Mr. R. R. Devine, Business Manager, New Mexico Insane Asylum, Las Vegas, New Mexico.
{*81} I have your letter of September 14th in which you quote a resolution adopted by the Board of Directors authorizing the sale of 101 acres, more or less, lying between 7th and 8th streets in Las Vegas. You wish to have our opinion as to whether or not the Board has power to make such a sale.
In my opinion, this power is conferred by Section 130-1411, 1929 Compilation.
