TO: Mr. G. F. Conroy, State Highway Engineer, Santa Fe, New Mexico.

{*82} In answer to your letter of September 27th, you are advised that it is our opinion that you are correct in your assumption that Chapter 137, of the Laws of 1931, requires the various County Clerks to accept for filing Easements for Right-of-Way for State Highway purposes, and we suggest that this law be called to the attention of the County Clerk involved.
