TO: Mr. William G. Johnson, Chairman, Board of Liquor Control, Santa Fe, New Mexico.
{*126} Your letter dated June 23rd, 1936, requesting our opinion upon the following is hereby acknowledged.
"Can a person or firm who has a rectifier's and/or blender's license to sell to wholesalers only rectify and/or blend wine manufactured in New Mexico with wine imported into the state and may he import wine into the state under his rectifier's and/or blender's license."
It is our opinion that the foregoing should be answered in the affirmative.
