TO: Dr. M. S. Smith, President New Mexico Board of Dental Examiners Clovis, New Mexico
{*162} This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter of recent date with enclosure which I am herewith returning.
You wish to know if the Board is authorized to employ and pay an attorney from funds appropriated to it in order to assist in the prosecution of certain litigation to prevent unauthorized practice of dentistry.
In my opinion such expenditure is specifically authorized by Section 2 of Chapter 62, New Mexico Session Laws of 1937.
