{*206} An employee of the Federal Government who operates solely a motor vehicle owned by the Government in the performance only of his official duties does not have to procure a license under Chapter 110, Laws of 1937, known as the Uniform Operator's and Chauffeurs License Act. The Supreme Court has decided that such acts do not apply to officials of the Government in the discharge of their official duties. Johnson v. Maryland, 244 U.S. 451, 65 L. Ed. 126. See also Annotation 18 A. L. R. 1169.
