No. 43-4416We are in receipt of your letter of November 10, 1943, in which you ask our opinion as to the liability of an irrigation district created under Chapter 77, Article 21 of the N.M. 1941 Compilation for contributions imposed by the Unemployment Compensation Law of New Mexico.
