ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT

OF A TREATMENT GUARDIAN FOR AN ADULT

 

            THIS MATTER came before the Court upon the Petition of ____________________ for Appointment of a Treatment Guardian for an Adult. The parties were represented by counsel, and the Court being fully advised in the premises FINDS:
