            The State of New Mexico, through its Children’s Court Attorney and under Rule 10-228 NMRA, moves the court for an extension of the consent decree entered in this matter on the ____ day of ______________, _____, for a period not exceeding six (6) months.  As grounds for this motion, the State states as follows:
