13-2307F. Determining whether impairment qualifies as a physical or mental handicap.
Physical or mental handicap means [______________ (the plaintiff) has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of _______________ (the plaintiff)’s major life activities] [_________________ (the plaintiff) has a record of a physical or mental handicap] or [_________________ (the plaintiff) is regarded as having a physical or mental handicap].
