            This matter came before the district court on appeal.  The matter now being resolved, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that this case is remanded to __________________________ (name of court), in Case No. _________________ (enter case number in magistrate, metropolitan, or municipal court), with instructions to that court to:
