14-6006. Jury sole judge of facts; sympathy or prejudice not to influence verdict.

            You are the sole judges of the facts in this case. It is your duty to determine the facts from the evidence produced here in court. Your verdict should not be based on speculation, guess or conjecture. Neither sympathy nor prejudice should influence your verdict.
