            THIS MATTER having come before the court on the petition of the Plaintiff herein for a Writ of Replevin ordering the sheriff of __________________ County to seize property for the benefit of Plaintiff; and the Court finding that the petition is well taken and should be granted;  

 

            NOW THEREFORE the Sheriff of __________________ County is hereby ordered to seize and to return to the Plaintiff the property described in the Petition (Exhibit "A") attached hereto wherever it may be found within the State of New Mexico.
