13-207. Witness interviewed by attorney.
An attorney has the right to interview a witness for the purpose of learning what testimony the witness will give.
USE NOTES
This instruction should be given when some question has been raised with reference to the propriety of an attorney talking to a witness prior to the witness’s testimony.
