MEMORANDUM OPINION
VANZI, Judge.
{1} The State appeals from the district court’s oral ruling on June 29, 2016. This Court issued a notice of proposed disposition, proposing to dismiss the appeal for lack of a final and appealable order. The State filed a timely notice of intent not to file a memorandum in opposition and indicated that the State does not oppose the proposed dismissal. Accordingly, and for the reasons stated in our notice of proposed disposition, we dismiss for lack of a final and appealable order.
{2} IT IS SO ORDERED.
