OPINION
This matter having heretofore been submitted and taken under advisement, and on August 21, 1986 a writ of certiorari having issued from this Court;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the writ of certiorari heretofore issued in this cause on August 21, 1986 is hereby quashed as having been improvidently issued.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Record in Cause No. 8758 is hereby returned to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
