PER CURIAM:
This matter having heretofore been submitted and taken under advisement, and a writ of certiorari having issued from this Court on April 23, 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the writ of certiorari heretofore issued in this cause on April 23, 1985 is hereby quashed as having been improvidently issued.
