OPINION
This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon Dismissal of Appeal submitted by the parties, and the Court having considered said dismissal and being sufficiently advised;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Dismissal of Appeal is hereby approved, and the writ of certiorari heretofore issued by this Court on November 9, 1983, is hereby quashed as having been improvidently issued.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Record in Cause No. 7220 is hereby returned to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
