This cause coming on for consideration by the Court upon petition for writ of certiorari, and a writ of certiorari having been issued on November 9, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that the writ of certiorari heretofore issued in this matter on November 9, 1979, be and the same is hereby quashed as having been improvidently issued.
