OPINION
This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon Motion of Petitioners to Dismiss the proceedings herein, and the Court having considered said motion and being sufficiently advised;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the motion to dismiss is hereby granted, and the proceedings on certiorari are hereby dismissed, and the cause is remanded to the Court of Appeals.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Record in Cause No. 5893 is hereby returned to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
