OPINION
This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon Petition for Writ of Certiorari, and on December 21, 1990, upon motion of the parties, the matter being remanded for purposes of settlement, and a Notice of Settlement having been filed;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Petition for Writ of Certiorari is hereby dismissed pursuant to Notice of Settlement.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Record in Cause No. 12498 is hereby returned to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
