This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon petition for writ of certiorari, and a writ of certiorari having issued from this Court on May 21, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by the Court that the writ of certiorari heretofore issued in this matter on May 21, 1981 be and the same is hereby quashed as having been improvidently issued.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Record in Cause No. 4808 be and the same is hereby returned to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
