OPINION
This cause having heretofore been submitted and taken under advisement, and on April 2, 1992, a Writ of Certiorari having been issued;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Writ of Certiorari issued by this Court on April 2, 1992 is hereby quashed as having been improvidently issued, and the petition for writ of certiorari is hereby denied.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Record in Cause No. 11532 is hereby returned to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
