OPINION
This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon Stipulated Motion to Quash the Writ of Certiorari issued in this matter on June 7, 1988, and the Court having considered said motion and being sufficiently advised;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Stipulated Motion to Quash the writ of certiorari is hereby granted, and the writ of certiorari heretofore issued by this Court on June 7, 1988 is hereby quashed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Record in Cause No. 10383 is hereby returned to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
