OPINION
This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon Petition for Writ of Certiorari, and on October 19, 1987, a writ of certiorari was issued by the Supreme Court, and on May 20, 1988, a joint motion to dismiss the proceedings was filed;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the writ of certiorari heretofore issued in this cause on October 19, 1987 is hereby quashed and the proceedings are hereby dismissed.
