OPINION
WHEREAS, it appearing to the Court that an order was inadvertently entered on November 1, 1990, denying the petition for writ of certiorari and remanding the matter to the Court of Appeals;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Order entered herein on November 1, 1990, denying the petition for writ of certiorari is hereby vacated and set aside;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Petition for Writ of Certiorari is hereby granted nunc pro tunc as of November 1, 1990, and the writ of certiorari shall issue from this Court as prayed for in the petition.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court of Appeals shall return the record in cause No. 11687 to the Clerk of the Supreme Court, and recall any mandate that Court may have issued.
