OPINION

{1} This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon Affidavit of Compliance, Petition for Automatic Reinstatement, and the Court having considered said affidavit and petition and no objections having been filed by the Disciplinary Board;

{2} NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that William S. Martin, Jr., be and he hereby is reinstated to the practice of law in all of the Courts of the State of New Mexico, pursuant to Rule 19(b) of the Rules Governing Discipline.
