OPINION
ORDER
This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon a petition for writ of certiorari filed pursuant to SCRA 1986, 12-502, and response thereto, and the Court having considered said petition and being sufficiently advised;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the petition for writ of certiorari is GRANTED, and a writ of certiorari shall issue from this Court.
Briefs shall be submitted to this Court pursuant to the time limits set forth in SCRA 1986, 21-210(B)(2). The brief in chief shall be timely if filed on or before May 12, 1994. The briefs shall consolidate all prior briefs filed in the Court of Appeals, if any, and comment on the Court of Appeals opinion.
Any request for oral argument shall be made pursuant to SCRA 1986, 12- 214(B).
