OPINION
This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon Stipulation of the parties for dismissal of the Petition for Writ of Certiorari, and the Court having considered said stipulation and being sufficiently advised;
NOW, THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED that the Stipulation for dismissal is hereby approved, and the petitioner for writ of certiorari filed in this Court on February 1, 1988 is hereby dismissed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Record in Cause No. 10232 is hereby returned to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
