OPINION
This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon petition for writ of certiorari, and the petition having been granted and a writ of certiorari having been issued by the Supreme Court on November 29, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the writ of certiorari heretofore issued in this matter on November 29, 1979, be and the same is hereby quashed as having been improvidently issued.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Record in Cause No. 3853 be and the same is hereby returned to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
