ORDER

WHEREAS, this matter came on for consideration by the Court upon the Court's own motion to quash the writ of certiorari, and the Court having considered said motion and being sufficiently advised; Chief Justice Joseph F. Baca, Justice Richard E. Ransom, Justice Gene E. Franchini, and Justice Stanley F. Frost concurring;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the writ of certiorari sued on March 15, 1995, hereby is QUASHED.
