OPINION
WHEREAS, it appearing to the Court that an Order was entered on May 19, 1988, denying the petition for writ of certiorari, and good cause appearing for the entry of an order vacating and setting aside said order;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, on the Court's own motion, that the Order of the Court entered May 19, 1988 in the above cause, denying the petition for writ of certiorari be hereby vacated and set aside;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Petition for Writ of Certiorari in Court of Appeals Cause No. 10,083 is hereby granted and a writ of certiorari shall issue from the Court as prayed for in the petition.
