OPINION
This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon petition for writ of certiorari, and a writ of certiorari having issued from this Court on February 26, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the writ of certiorari heretofore issued on February 26, 1982 be and the same is hereby quashed as having been improvidently issued.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Record in Cause No. 5166 be and the same is hereby returned to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
