OPINION
This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon petition for writ of certiorari, and the Court having granted said petition and a writ of certiorari having issued from this Court on July 14, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the writ of certiorari heretofore issued in this cause on July 14, 1981 be and the same is hereby quashed as having been improvidently issued.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Record in Cause No. 4653 be and the same is hereby returned to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
