This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon petition for writ of certiorari, and a writ of certiorari having issued from this Court on June 8, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the writ of certiorari heretofore issued by this Court on June 8, 1981 be and the same is hereby quashed as having been improvidently issued.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Record in Cause No. 4642 be and the same is hereby returned to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
