OPINION

{*199} Original Prohibition Proceeding

{1} Ordered that the alternative writ of prohibition issued herein on November 23, 1970, be and the same is hereby made permanent, and all material impounded pursuant to the orders of the District Court in and for the County of Valencia, in cause No. 16056, shall remain impounded subject to the further orders of the District Court in the election contest proceedings which have been initiated in Valencia County District Court Cause No. 16089.
