OPINION

This cause having heretofore been submitted and taken under advisement, and a writ of certiorari having been issued on December 12, 1979 and a Motion to Quash Writ filed on May 21, 1980;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the motion to quash the writ of certiorari heretofore issued on December 12, 1979, be and the same is hereby granted, and the writ of certiorari be and the same is hereby quashed.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Record in Cause No. 3486 be and the same is hereby returned to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
