OPINION
This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon petition for writ of certiorari, and the petition having been granted and a writ of certiorari having issued from this Court on July 22, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the writ of certiorari heretofore issued in this cause on July 22, 1980, be and the same is hereby quashed as having been improvidently issued.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Record in Cause No. 4192 be and the same is hereby returned to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
