This matter having heretofore been reinstated on the docket of this Court, and a writ of certiorari directed to the Court of Appeals having issued on February 28, 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Writ of Certiorari heretofore issued in this cause on February 28, 1985 is hereby quashed as having been improvidently issued.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Record in Cause No. 7624 is hereby returned to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
