OPINION
This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon Motion for Rehearing, and the Court having entered an order on January 26, 1987, granting said motion for rehearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Opinion handed down by this Court on December 11, 1986 is hereby withdrawn;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Writ of Certiorari heretofore issued by this Court on January 16, 1986 is hereby quashed as having been improvidently issued.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Record in Cause No. 8503 is hereby returned to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
