OPINION
This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon Notice of Voluntary Dismissal of Petition for Writ of Certiorari, and the Court having considered said notice and being sufficiently advised;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that Notice of Voluntary Dismissal of Petition for Writ of Certiorari is hereby approved, and the Petition for Writ of Certiorari is hereby dismissed.
