OPINION
This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon Motion of Petition to quash the Writ of Certiorari issued by this Court on April 25, 1990, and the Court having considered said motion and being sufficiently advised;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion of Petitioner is hereby granted, and the Writ of Certiorari heretofore issued in this matter on April 25, 1990 is hereby quashed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Record in Cause No. 11640 is hereby returned to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
