OPINION
This cause having heretofore been submitted and taken under advisement, and on September 6, 1991 a writ of certiorari having issued by this Court;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Writ of Certiorari heretofore issued by this Court on September 6, 1991 is hereby quashed as having been improvidently issued, and the Petition for Writ of Certiorari is hereby denied.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Record in Cause No. 12297 is hereby returned to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
