OPINION
This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon a petition for writ of certiorari filed pursuant to SCRA 1986, 12-502, and the Court having considered said petition and being sufficiently advised;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the petition for writ of certiorari is GRANTED, and a writ of certiorari shall issue from this Court as prayed for in the petition. Further action in the case, including the filing of briefs, if any, shall be as directed by further order of the Court.
