OPINION

ORDER

This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon a petition for writ of certiorari filed pursuant to SCRA 1986, 12-502, and responses thereto, and the Court having considered said petition and responses and being sufficiently advised;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the petition for writ of certiorari is GRANTED, and a writ of certiorari shall issue from this Court as prayed for in the petition.

Briefs shall be submitted to this Court pursuant to the time limits set forth in SCRA 1986, 21-210(B)(2). The brief in chief shall be timely if filed on or before March 14, 1994. The briefs shall consolidate all prior briefs filed in the Court of Appeals, if any, and comment on the Court of Appeals opinion only regarding those issues for which the writ of certiorari was issued.

Any request for oral argument shall be made pursuant to SCRA 1986, 12-214(B).
