OPINION

ORDER

This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon petition for writ of certiorari, and the Court having considered said petition and being sufficiently advised;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the petition is granted and both issues presented in the petition and a writ of certiorari shall issue to the New Mexico Court of Appeals; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that petitioners shall file a brief in chief on or before October 31, 1994, with respondent's answer brief and petitioners' reply brief, if any, following the time limits set for in SCRA 1986, 12-210(B)(2); and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the briefs shall consolidate the relevant issues presented in all briefs filed in the New Mexico Court of Appeals and comment on the opinion filed July 12, 1994.
